Are you our new Product Marketing Manager?
As a Product Marketing Manager at Oliasoft, you will play a key role in developing and executing strategic marketing plans for our products. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product awareness, generate demand, and contribute to the overall success of our products in the market. The ideal candidate is a creative and data-driven marketer with a proven track record in product marketing.
Responsibilities:
- Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Analyze data to identify key market opportunities and challenges.
Product Positioning and Messaging:
- Develop compelling product positioning and messaging that differentiates Oliasoft products in the market.
- Work closely with the product team to understand product features and benefits.
- Create product & creative briefings for other parts of the Marketing teams (Creative, Performance marketing) to create optimal marketing campaign assets.
Go-to-Market:
- Collaborate with sales, other parts of the Marketing department, and product teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
- Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies for Oliasoft products, new features, or new product launches to highlight unique selling points, distinguish it in the marketplace and to maximize market impact when launched.
Content, Technical Marketing and Web Management:
- Produce high-quality assets (e.g. videos, e-guides, white papers, blog posts) to be used by the marketing and sales teams, both general and technicalOwn website content as it relates to product positioning and description. Work closely with growth marketing to create landing pages that convert, continuously run A/B testing, and improve the landing pages.
- Work closely with product, sales, and customer success teams to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
- Provide support and training to the sales team on product messaging and positioning.
Partner management and collaborations:
- Manage relationship with key partners or collaborators to ensure understanding and strong positioning of Oliasoft and its products in the market (e.g. data analyst partners (e.g. Gartner) or collaborative partners) and to capitalize on synergies.
Qualifications:
- Relevant product marketing experience. Experience from SaaS product marketing is a plus.
- A great interest in digital transformation.
- Experience and technical understanding from the Oil & Energy industry is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, in particular team collaboration.
- Fluency both oral and written in English and Norwegian.
